SCOPE
Terms and conditions herein regulate the rental of lockers in Torrevieja Lockers, owned by Movalia Traslados S.L.U., through the website http://torreviejalockers.com, as well as its usage. Likewise, terms and conditions herein regulate the contractual relationship between Movalia Traslados, S.L.U, (hereinafter, Torrevieja Lockers) and users who rent a locker.
FAQs section (Frequently Asked Questions) is also included in these terms and conditions.
THE SERVICE
Torrevieja Lockers offers its users the possibility of renting the space inside any of its lockers within the period between 08.00 am and 10.00 pm.
What type of lockers are offered?
Measures are specified on the website. The capacity of the lockers depends on the size of the suitcases, backpacks, travel bags and other items deposited. The following capacities and those included on the website are for guidance only and not contractual:
• S Size. These lockers are generally valid for one cabin suitcase or a backpack. Sometimes there is also space for a handbag or shopping bag.
• M Size. These lockers are generally valid for two cabin suitcases. Sometimes there is also space for a backpack or shopping bag.
• L Size. These lockers are generally valid for a large or medium suitcase. Sometimes there is also space for a backpack. Or alternatively they are valid for 3 or 4 cabin suitcases or backpacks, depending on their sizes.

How can users know if there is any locker available?
Users can check locker availability on the required days on the website http://torreviejalockers.com
How long can a locker be rented?
A locker can be rented for a minimum period of 1 day and a maximum period of 30 natural days.
When can the locker or lockers rented be accessed?
Lockers are accessible to be rented by users every day. Users cannot access the lockers outside of the opening hours, which are from 8.00 am in the morning to 10 pm in the evening.
Once the luggage is locked, access to the locker is only possible to take it away?
No, users can access the rented lockers as many times as necessary during the booking period, within the opening hours of the facility.
What is the daily cost of renting the different types of lockers?
The price of the lockers is the one displayed on the website at the moment of renting the locker. The user may take advantage of the discounts offered at that moment.
How do the lockers work?
Lockers are completely automatic. Users can book a locker on the website http://torreviejalockers.com by providing their personal details and stating the number of lockers they wish to rent, their sizes and the duration of the booking. Once the booking process has finished, users receive a confirmation message of the booking details, the number of the booked locker(s) and the access code(s) to enter the premises and open the locker(s).
What can users do if they find any problems in the service?
If there is any breakdown, blockage or any other kind of incident in the use of the luggage locker, users are entitled to use the assistance service on the whatsapp telephone line for emergencies, or website form or email for non urgent incidents.
Can users modify or cancel a booking?
Yes, conditioned that the said modification or cancellation is carried out at least 24 hours in advance to the date and time of the service, via whatsapp, form or email.
ACCESS AND BOOKING
Users must meet the following requirements to book a locker:
• Be 18 years old or above.
• Fill in the fields of the booking form accurately on the website, namely the following: name and surname, telephone number, email address, start date, end date, lockers required (including the size) and payment details.
• Accept these terms and conditions of booking and use of the lockers.
• Accept privacy policy, cookies policy and data protection policy set forth on the website.
Once the booking process has finished, users will receive a booking confirmation message via email or text message. This confirmation will state the number or numbers of the assigned locker(s), the number of days booked and access codes. Offered service is the rental of a locked space and not the custody of the deposited belongings. However, we have insurance.
LIABILITY
Users will be liable for all damages caused by an improper use of the facilities that may be attributable to them. If there is any incident that prevents the service from being effectively carried out, users must notify Torrevieja Lockers. Once the service has finished, users commit themselves to leave the locker empty and clean. If the locker is not emptied or the belongings are not collected within the booked period, users authorise Torrevieja Lockers to take them out of the locker and, if they do not make any contact or claim in the 30 days following the end of the service, the belongings will be destroyed.
We are not liable of incidents in the service and of the possible harm and loss when causes are attributable to the following circumstances:
• Improper or inappropriate use by users.
• Problems of users with receiving emails or text messages.
• Possible breakdowns or sudden repairs that prevent the service from being carried out.
• Power cuts, Internet failure or any other external circumstances that prevent the lockers from working, such as vandalism, sabotage or similar.
Torrevieja Lockers will use all available means as soon as possible to limitate damage and loss in the two latter cases. In force majeure situations such as war, terrorism, natural catastrophes, epidemics or pandemics, sabotage, state of alarm, state of siege or any similar circumstances, Torrevieja Lockers is not liable for the breach of obligations regarding the booked service.
